Campbell Construction contracted Western Grater to install an anchor tendon shotcrete shoring system as well as drilling and blasting rock at 1515 Douglas St. in Downtown Victoria, BC.  This high-profile residential and commercial building project is owned by Jawl Enterprises and located across the street from historic Victoria City Hall.

The nearby presence of heritage buildings and aging city infrastructure required precise drilling, anchoring, shoring and blasting techniques.  This project began in the summer of 2015 and is currently ongoing.
