Knight Contracting contracted Western Grater to drill and install anchors inside the Janion Building, a registered heritage building originally constructed in 1891.  This was a seismic upgrading and structure re-purposing project, requiring limited-access construction methods.  Through the versatility of our drilling equipment, we were able to access our work locations inside the building, which mitigated unnecessary deconstruction and reduced project costs.

The Janion Building was due to re-open as a micro-loft condominium in late 2015.
